I don't mind holding items, but if you don't come pick up when you say you will, and don't call to let me know you aren't coming, then I'm moving on to the next person. If you are a no show and don't contact me, I will put you on the no sales list. Sorry to be so blunt, but I've had too many people do no shows and that's a waste of time.
